hahah, nah, your HR would be the same, just your pace would be slower. I watch my watch and it'll beep if I get out of my desired HR zones.


the software is http://sporttracks.zonefivesoftware.com ... /index.php sporttracks, paired up with my Garmin 305 Forerunner watch. The garmin software sucks bad, and this sporttracks is free and really good.
