just got back from memphis, first pass we made in the rail we broke the ring gear  so me and darla spent the evening searching for a pinion bearing at the local parts stores, and you guessed it-none of them had one in stock.

hopefully we get this chunk back together in the morning by 1st round of time trials.

this is my dad's rail.

the car was back together saturday morning, made 2 time trials and they called the race because of the rain. i didnt go today but they are going to try to beat the rain today.

we did however make the kart races last night, the rain didnt stop it. ryan, our 9 year old got 2nd place in his class. he drove great and had a great time.

Yes, I heard, Randy tried calling me first (oop cell phone mia) he got ahold of Dave and I'm not gonna give times cause we have a mole in our midst's( ) but they were extremely excited seeing they were testing on one of the worst tracks "ever" and then he told us about your exciting news! Just so's you know, I was very excited and happy and my family (we were at my goddaughters communion party) rolled their eyes and said let us guess, racing, it was very funny  So congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
