My ISO Re-Certification is over and we received ZERO Non-Conformances

I feel like I've been gone for a month

Same here with us Phil, we did however give us some recommendations, three to be exact, two of them we are going to put in place as we feel it will help the company. Don't ya just love ISO :lol:

you know it, we didn't receive a recommendation but I saw some things during the audit that I am going to change. I am going to re formate of QMS manual. When I originally wrote the QMS I did it the way I wanted to do it because I was only going to adress the SHALL's. Well, 0.2 in the introduction calls out the adoption of a process approach, so for my continual improvement I am going to add that to the Key Procedures.
