HOW ARE YOU. DAVES NEW CAR IS WAY COOL AND I AM GLAD TO SEE YOU WILL BE RACING THE OLDS?

WHAT MOTOR IS DAVE PUTTING IN THE OLDS AND ARE YOU RUNNING AM OR THE NEW STREET MACHINE CLASS?

ASK DAVE IF HE WILL TRADE THE OLDS FOR MY GEO OK. I'LL THROW IN A 1980 DODGE TRUCK AND ONE 454 BUILDER MOTOR, PLUS AND HERE IS A KILLER DEAL, YOU AND DAVE GET TWO WEEKS FREE OF CHARGE LIVING HERE AT MY PLACE IN ALL THE SNOW. WHAT A DEAL HUH AND I GET THE OLDS.

OH ONE MORE THING, MY DAD HAS TO STAY HERE WITH YOU GUYS OK LOL.

Hi Bill,

Thanks, the stang is coming along!

We will be putting the same small block Olds back in the car but now it will be N/A, changed out the pistons, cam and a couple other small things and hoping to get it on the dyno this weekend and back in the car sometime next week. I am starting to get nervous twitches over driving this thing so keep your fingers crossed for me! We will be running the Street Machine class hopefully starting at Atco!

I will talk to Dave about the trade but I can't guarantee nuttin' :wink:

Sorry to hear about all your dyno whoes, hopefully things will start looking up for ya soon!

HERE IS A DEAL WE ALL DO, GO SIT IN THE CAR ALL BY YOURSELF, HOPEFULLY ITS IN THE GARAGE AND ITS WARM IN THERE, GET IN THE CAR AND JUST SIT THERE AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH ALL THE GAUGES AND WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED. JUST SIT THERE AND RELAX, MAKE SOME FUNNY CAR NOISES LIKE THE MOTOR IS RUNNING YOU WILL OVE IT LOL.
WHEN YOUR GOING DOWN THE TRACK THE ONLY GAUGE YOU NEED TO LOOK AT IS THE OIL PRESSURE GAUGE SO KNOW WHERE ITS LOCATED. THE SHIFT LIGHT IS ALL YOU NEED TO DO YOU GEAR CHANGING. SO DONT WORRY ABOUT THE TACH.
AGAIN RELAX, ENJOY THE SMELL AND HOW THE SEAT FELLS AND GO THRU YOUR MIND HOW IT WOULD BE TO MAKE A RUN.
LINE LOCK, TRANS BRAKE BUTTON, ETC,

NOW GET A PRATICE TREE AND USE IT. I THINK THEY HELP. PLAY WITH IT WHEN YOUR SITTING IN THE CAR.
I KNOW A FEW OF THE GUYS USE THEM WHILE THEY ARE SITTING IN THE STAGING LANES.

PRETTY SOON BUDD WILL BE ASKING YOU TO TAKE RANDYS JOB IN THE VETTE LOL.

SHANNON I THINK YOU WILL BE JUST FINE AND DAVE IS A GOOD DRIVER SO HE CAN HELP YOU OUT.

HEY KEEP US POSTED ON THE MOTOR OK.
