Thanks Shannon. It's not easy, but after weeks into it, it's easy. I turned down cookies at work last friday and donuts today :shock:

And that's not me at all, everyone thinks I'm sick or something, :lol:

I don't weigh myself to often, but I had to go buy a belt to keep my pants up yesterday, anways I've lost 25lbs since Janurary 3rd, 2006 :mrgreen:

15 more to hit my goal, then I'll decided what I want to do.
