For being the first person to EVER enter a turbo-charged entry in Promodified competition last weekend in Texas.........He's out in Vegas this weekend with the NHRA again.......

Bad news from vegas.....Mike was on his 4th qualifing run and his intake blew up.......Mike is not sure why it happened. The motor is fine, there was no fire and no hung valves so he thinks maybe just a week spot in the intake manifold. But he needs a whole new front clip and windshield. Sounds like he wont make first round.................... :(

it does suck... iread on nhra site that he had a nos explosion... i had to think about it for a sec... ummm no he didn't. so it was his intake... if you talk to him send my condolences...

I laughed when I read that too..........I dont know if he's gunna pack up and head home, or maybe try and talk Bowman into letting him use his front end, intake and windshield :idea: :idea: :?:

this is also the first race that there were NO NITROUS PROMODS...... :!: :!:
