We build plastic injection molds and die cast molds, mostly for the automotive and furniture markets.

OK it goes like this: Started of as a Millwright, but got TOO DIRTY, so went out and became a Mold Maker, yes plastic Injection, but have also done blow, vacu-form, and other related die work. Now I upgrade to CNC programmer/operator/setup/designer. I do prefer the CNC side instead of the manual machines. Work mainly with MasterCam, but have used, SurfCam, GibbsCam, Cinitron, SmartCam, as well as Solidworks and Autocad. So that's what make this possible from this side of a keyboard. John

Dogg, most of the stuff I do is Automotive realeted. Toyota, and the Big 3. Have also done a fair bit of funiture stuff, like the paddles for lowering office chairs, like the Kevin in right now HAHAHA, and side panels for BBq's. But I swear to this day, the best money maker I've ever worked on was for Stanley Paint brushes for the USA market. We made 4 of almost the same mold, but brush range was from 1 to 4 inches. 70 Grand US a mold, did all for in less than 5 months with only 3 guys on the job. The Vacu-Form stuff was mostly Chrysler. I Did the dash for the current style Intrepid. I remember coming into the the shop and a new shell was sitting there, boss told me to cut off the front end at the firewall and make a dolly to move it. That was cool. Also did the mold for the headliner, rear shelf tray, and carpet in that car. That was fun going R&D on a totally new car like that. I also worked on a mold for Northern Telecom for buttons for phones, and keys for computer keyboards. The strangest would most likely be a air mask for horses. John :?
