Hi gang......

I haven't been around much lately due to some stuff I am working through. Been in a personal funk  .....so it is best I steer clear like I have the flu.

I'm stuck working today and like Jim, glad to be back here for some rest. :) No MKL day off for me. Just another comp day earned. Spent yesterday getting the engine and transmission out of the Nova. Got to get them freshened up this year. I figured three seasons was enough on them and I better not press my luck by trying a 4th. Crossing my fingers to have engine back from Shafiroff's by mid March and have the car back together race ready by April 1st.

Thanks guys....that means a lot. Part of this...is just post holiday's crap I need to work through.

Things should get better now the car is back in the garage (I don't have a driveway to the shop yet...and with all the rain we have had here....the ground is too soft to get a trailer to it and not get my truck stuck). I am happy to say the ground was hard enough yesterday to get the trailer to the shop but now the truck is stuck in the yard. So I have to use the Jeep to get the dually and trailer unstuck. LOL

I know it is retarted...but it is ok to laugh. I got tired of waiting for the ground to freeze so I just went on and got the truck stuck to get the Nova in the shop. It was worth the expense. I got tired of just looking at it...plus my new headers are still on the mockup motor and are not coated yet. Needless to say they have a nice rust coat on them now. *SIGH*...wd-40 and steel wool tonight.
