The ProCar Vette was cut into shreds this morning. I think it'll take fifteen Viagra's to ever feel the same way...

We hear Dale Pittman is coming- God we hope so. It's a love/tolerate/neverhate thing with Dale- he's a bit... unusuaL... but he's bad ass and we want to be ready for the challenge.

We're looking for some more consistency and some weight reduction should see us to 200.

Anyone else doing big upgrades? Did it make you as sick as it did me to watch the tubes fall out of your ride?

Does anyone really give a sh*t?

Hope your Christmas was as blesses as mine. Kids rule, that's all there is to it.

Merry Christmas!

Yes Patrick I've been through the same thing. After the 98 season we cut the body off the old chassis and sold or through out everything else.
After 2 years I got back what amounted to a collection of tubes and a pile of tin. It's abit daunting when you see your car like that

All I can say is we wish to run the best, no matter how scary their stuff looks. Unless we are complete morons (possible...) the power to weight once you get that light with a converter is not linear. We went over the scales at Big Dog at 2580 (2470 average for TS) and ran our best 1/8th ET and MPH. It was a trip. Managing the first 30 feet with a converter got really hard for us faster than 7.10. Power wasn't the problem, applying it consistently was. Installing the same clip we do now will help some, but we're banking on the 'new comers' experiencing some of the same growing pains. (Edgar, we're putting a new double framerail, new back clip and all new tin/wing for 2005) I mean, that 1/8 at Big Dog was a loww 6.90 or perhaps an .89- Rossler weighs close to the same and is only .2 quicker on average. He is to us as we are to a fast NPS car, kinda... Meaning it isn't as much easier as it looks 'on paper'. Or am I babbling?

I hope he makes his way to us Kevin. TS wasn't supposed to eat other racers from NSCA, but bring new memberships from IHRA. Either way, if he comes back to take what we want, it'll be a good fight. I have a lot of respect for Matheos.

Rick, it's good to be rid of some of the small things that bugged us in the back of the car (tight quarters) and make it more like what we do now- lighter/stronger.... But it worked fine... It sucks.

I don't have a firesaw but I have a Firestorm drill.

Another exlcusive photo here at BBNOVA with my buddy Geoff working on the electronics. Man I can't wait for the new season!!!! Now I won't get pounded in the dirt so bad like last season.

Plus I am remounting the MSD and electronics to the floorboard to make it easier to service and trouble shoot. I just need to find a reasonable break to make a box.
