Congrats to Jimmy for making it to the final at Ubly today, there were a lot of cars today for the Nostalgia Race.

It was good to see you and your dad today, we had a lot of fun even though I don't know how to take my foot off the gas LOL!!!

9 rounds of competition on a .400 pro tree. I was exhausted by the time the final came around. I had a .120 light to his .090 ran dead on 6.860 on a 6.86 dial but he nabbed the stripe. I'll tell you what that little Mustang never missed a beat all weekend, made 21 passes in two days, never went over 180 degrees, best 60' was a 1.479 and worst was 1.510 all weekend. We split the purse down the middle and I took Dad out for a prime rib dinner !!!!

It was great to race with you Phil !!! And yes you need to learn to use the brake sometimes...LOL. Car looked great !.

Thanks again and the race was awesome we had over 80 cars for the Money race, over 16 cars qualifying for the 5.40 B/Gas race, and on Saturday they had 40 show cars and over 300 paid spectators. Not too bad for a little PO Dunk race track in Ubly, MI.

Thanks again guys. Now just to let you know I lost in the final to a 1965 Chevelle. Man I still can't get around them !!!! And his last name was Williams too...Damn it !
