Without dropping a Really big 2nd or 3rd stage around half track I don't think those numbers could happen.
Weight and body style will have some effect, not huge but some.

What year and make is the vehicle? What are the complete weather conditions, adjusted altitude, wind, temp, dew pt. etc. What kind of paint or finish is on the car? Does the car have an air scoop, if so size of the opening and drag coeffiencicy of the remaining wallstock of the material. Does it have a rear wing, if so I'd need to see that also, What is the square area of air under the car and did the chassis build smooth out the bottom of the car and remove all access bolts sticking beyond it's nuts, rear tire wide to calculate drag also.
With all of this I think I can finish punching in the rest of the data in my special speed calculator Jeff Prock gave me about 7 years ago

Thanks for emailing me the info. It calculates out to 7.37 with NO wind. 8) But if the passenger window blows out, it's hard to say.
