He pushed the schrader valve? on the right rear of the intake and nothing.
You can just hear the pump, but it doesn't sound normal, sounds like it's seized up. Checking the power with a meter it sees 12 volts, but only for a second, then goes to 6 volts, we applied a full 12 to the pump but it didn't sound like it would break free. I'll have to ask Carol to send me the vin#, I'll post it in a minute. Any ideas or are we doing something incorrect?
