You have to hear this. I recieve a letter yesterday....Please call this number, type in the access number to retrieve your voice message, at the bottom of the letter is says this letter is an attempt to collect a debt and the property of the bank at my address will be repo'd if I don't call by the date listed...which was two days ago

So I call the number, the message gives me another number to call.
I call the next number, the operator transferes me to someone else.
They pick up and say I'm in the wrong area and transferes me again.
The next guy asked for my account number, I give it. He asks why I'm
calling and I said because of this letter. He puts me on hold and then
says he doesn't see why the letter went out and my account is fine.
I said I know that, so why are you taking my vehicle. He said we aren't,
I said the letter says you are. He says the letter shouldn't have been sent.
So I asked him who is going to pay me for lost time in my life for being on the phone for an hour, He just laughed. I said I'm not laughing, I'm serious, he said have a great evening and hung up on me.
