Ugh, this is going to kill me to do but I agree with Dogg! If she is the friend you say she is she will understand! I am sure you two can work out

See the thing is she is like a sister to me... BUT... if I was that important wouldn't I be standing up in her wedding????

You really can't work out both??? I do agree, though, you warned her. What a toughy...... I had a similar situation with one of my bridesmaids... but, she managed to do both... she just showed up at the reception for a minute (only because her conflicting plans were two blocks from our hall).... but, I would have totally understood if she didn't come to the reception at all. I also agree... take a moment with her alone, prior to, show her how much she means to you... AND... if you can even just make the CEREMONY.... that should be plenty.....

I say go to the wedding and reception for a bit. Then jump in the car and head to Columbus and be there by 2am... Get some sleep and then do the race thing....

See the thing is that I am not used to not being there when they are running the cars. It is just not normal for me to say yeah go ahead and test I will be there tomorrow.... I have talked to her and she is going to be upset if I do not make the wedding. oh well I have a month to decide.
