Finally, the hard work of exercise and eating right is paying off. My diet has been on and off all of this year, but the excercise has been pretty good. I'm pretty commited for the past month on both and it's paying off. I'm the lightest I've been in the past three years right now. 10 more lbs and I'm the lightest I've been in the last 10 years!!! Anyways, I'm pretty excited about it today, probably means nothing to alot of you, but hey, your all my friends and I'm patting myself on the back today :lol: :lol: :lol:
Being overweight is not easy to deal with as I'm approaching 40 years old.
