We have been at $2.49 for awhile and it dropped to $2.45 last night, kinda weird that we dropped and you guys went up :?

forget the food boys you wanna run a few 10th quicker then ya gotta do the work and diet together.
actually dont worry about body weight but go by how your clothes fit and how you look in the mirror.
or or or get the misses to give you an honest eval job on now and in one month. stay off the scales guys and go by looks shape and how the clothes fit. get a body fat test done also.

ok enough lecturing about food ok sorry but i just came back from the docs and he thinks my left shoulder wont need the surgery like the right one just had. dang dang dang i like it lol..
