How do you keep your log book?

Electronic (data logger) 0%  0%  [ 0 ]
Have a data logger in the car but I don't use it but I just try to remember what the last pass was like. 15%  15%  [ 2 ]

It has been brought to my attention that someone I know does not keep a log book. So I began to think about it and was wondering who does/doesn't use one.
