Man, what a great time it was.... I showed up with Glen and my 2 boys as Brian had a wedding he had t attend.... We unloaded and started signing autographs..... I know, that's what I thought, why would anyone want my autogragh??????? Anyway, There was a drivers meeting at 4pm and I showed up on time.... What a feeling to be standing next to John and Ashley Force, Del, Cruz, Harold Martan, and others... They went through the schedule and I was to run the Grocery getter.... They got to who John force was to run and and Bill Bater Jr. hesitated and I jumped in and I said I'll run him.. John delcined... Between all of us....I think he was scared.....
... Anyway, there was a parade of the cars and then to first round... We laid the smack down on our compitetion with a 7.57 at 181mph to his I think 7.8something... went back to our pit and prepared for 2nd round... I signed more autograghs, again, I know why mine, but hey, I was having a good time..... 2nd round my compitetion red lite bad -.3 something and we took that round... #rd round was a litttle more interesting, He put some tree to me and made a good race of it... We caught him on the high end and ran a 7.60 at 180mph... Everyone stayed at the end of the track till the last car which was the jet Kenworth of Bob Moss I think his was... They then had us come up the track form the high end and parked us on the track... The fans then walked the track and had the drivers sign autographs... I was the last car to leave due to the line of people that wanted autograghs.... I would like to thank Glen Kotas, my boys Alex and Brandon, My uncel Alex and Dwane for the help this weekend and allowing me to have the great itme I did... We definately had some fans and it was a night to remember....
