Yeah, Phila. not cheap. For a nice 2 story single home 2500 sq ft. with 1/2 acre in suburban Phila. is 500k or more for something nice. I've been looking.

I know of a nice ranch that just sold for $450,000 in Troy...2800 sq ft and 100x300 lot.... I guess it depends on how nice ya want....
