Jason, hold on a minite. The cert. changes are not in effect as of yet, and if I'm not mistaken it's a whole year away. The NHRA guy who cert. most of the cars in my area told me not to worry about Jan. 1st deadline as he has a memo from NHRA head orfice postponing the inception date. And I thought he told me '06, but that I'm not sure of. Now watch who and where you get this done by because I HAVE heard of people pushing the new cert. rules just for business. Now as far as getting your '68 cert. to 7.5's, it's really only a proper 10 cage. As long as the cage, if mild steel, has a wall thinkness of min. .125" and 1.3/4 diameter and is in the proper location and tied to the frame right, there shall be no propblems. Good luck, John

I'm gonna do the efi class thing any ways just to get my foot in the door,I really do not Think my car will run close to the big dogs in L/s 7.9 et and i wll not have to lean on my stuff as hard so I can make it to more races If I'm not in the hunt for points at the end of the year mabee i'll try to step up the tune up for the last race 8)

Damn Yankees, I voted for the south, and like the Big Dog Shootout, it will rise again, plus the flags nicer anyway, I even OWN a Confederate flag too. Now alls I need is a dog, gun rack in my P.U. truck, some good 'ol southern shine, Red Indian "chew" and feel like I'm in Alabama
