This is something I've been wanting to do for quite some time now; ever since I found the old tow bar hanging on the wall at Mom & Dad's house.

I put a hitch on the Grand Prix over the winter and finally got to try it out today -









That's how we used to roll, back in the day!

I can add that to my respository of towing pics -

In spite of considering myself to be an "old school" mechanic, I couldn't find the bottle opener that I thought was in my tool box.





Fortunately, it's times like this when it pays to be "mechanically inclined"...

Sorry Bob - just realized I didn't answer your question -

The modern pics are in front of my house; the vintage pics are at our house when we lived in Flint (just off Dort/Averill and north of Davison Rd (M21). 3117 Thom St is the actual address.

ALthough I haven't gotten my new specs I do have my "old man" magnifying glass. BTW Keith, Did you tell us you were in the May issue of Poplar Hot Rodding and I missed it or didn't you tell us about the pics?
