Motor was together for 2 weeks and I noticed a small water leak , very front of intake at the block on drivers side. I have Dart 320r heads with a Dart intake, I use double thick gaskets because of head milling. The Gasket was sealed to head and intake, however it was saturated in the middle of gasket and was seaping. Has anyone ran into this before?
The motor only has only 1/2hour break in time after freshening, Do you think that it would have swelled and seal it self ?
Gasket was a Mr Gasket double thick. I had same style last season?

i had that happen when the manifold face wasn't milled correctly.Did you put silicon sealer around the water ports on both sides of the gasket?was the head and manifold totally free of old gasket material?
