I always hear about 25.1 or 25.2 and lots of other numbers but what does that actually mean.???????

Mostly have to with weight of car. Not sure exactly sure what cert is good to what weight. I do know that over 3200 lbs going faster than 8.50 and exceeding 180 mph that a 25.4 full chassis or 25.5 backhalf is needed. I think these are true.

Yes, all of the above. Number of bars, size of bars, position of the bars. I am by no means a chassis builder but this is the way I understand it.

The way SFI and NHRA have rigged it, you just add a couple zeros on the end of the spec number and you get how much the damn thing is going to cost to build. :wink:
