Driving to work this morning and new signs are up on I-96

Stay right
Pass left
It's the law

I asked Kurt (police) about it. He said it's always been a law, but a law no one enforces until now. All law enforcement will be enforcing more laws in 2008 due to budget problems to gain more $$$$$
