I can now start my Christmas shopping as the store I visited last night successfully put up it's first Christmas display !!

NO, I'm not kidding, tree lights, house lights, gift paper, tags, etc, little santa's you plug in to light up and those inflatable raindeer. I just rolled my eyes and asked WTF? He said they axed most of management this summer and the new guy is doing this 4 months in advance.
