People were asking for an update, so here goes....
Carol had her second chemo a week ago Monday, not much of any side affects all week, she was a bit tired on thursday, but not to bad to be honest. She did her blood work this morning and everything is perfect. She asked why no side affects as everyone is telling her negative things and the doc says she's one of the very few with no issues.......well yet anyways, but with her attitude and great friends, I'm sure she will not have issues the future.
The saturday benefite was awesome, totally awesome, over 150 people attended. Total donations were over 1,600 not counting gifts and gift certificates, etc. Thirty people in the pool tourney, I finished like 10th. We had a second tourney with 16 people and I finished second. Both winners donated the cash to Carol. The band was great and a DJ came in after 6pm. We didn't get home til almost 2:30 am, 14 hours in a sports bar
Carol wanted me to tell you all thanks again for everything, thanks for the prayers, She misses you all.
