Hey guys, Ive been talking with UnderDogg & things are not good in the Dogg-house. His wife Carol, has just been diagnosed with Stage 4, Overian Cancer & it appears to be moving VERY rapidly. there are masses in several places & it looks like its moving all over the place. the good news is that its not up to her Lungs yet, but its getting close. She had her "well woman" testing in December & she was OK then, yet its progressed to this stage in a very short period of time. they are going to operate on 12 June 07 to remove all that they can & then they are going to start Chemo. the operation is expected to last about 10 hours depending on what they find. the info that they are going on is from a catscan so, they will know more once they get in & take a good look around. She has a very good chance of surviving the operation, & the overall outlook is pretty positive because of her age & overall health, but its certainly a VERY invasive operation & of course the Chemo is gonna beat her up pretty bad. they will know more about life expectancy once things settle down more. Please make time to pray for them. If you wait around until you "have time" you might not. This next week is gonna be VERY stressfull & they can use whatever help you guys can give them. you guys know we do a lot of smack talk & small talk around here, now is the time to step up & help a family out. I will be praying for strength for them, to get through this. I will also be praying for thier families to come up along side them to help out when they need it. I will be praying for thier doctors, that they will have the wisdom to do a good job & to get it all out. I will also be praying for the Holy Spirit to be with them helping to heal Carol up & get her back on the road to good heath. In ALL that happens, I pray that God is glorified by this. I dunno why, or how, or what, but I do know that God is an AWESOME God & can do anything. thanks a lot folks, I appreciate it & I know that they will as well. Bob |

Bob thank you for filling us in with the most recent info. Brian we are all here for you, Carol and the kids. If there is ANYTHING that you need please do not think twice about asking. We are all part of a this big crazy family and we love you to pieces. Things are going to be tough bur remember when you need someone we are all here. Dear Lord, You know my friend so much better than I do. You know her sickness and her need. You also know her heart. Lord, I ask you to be with my friend now, working in her life. Let Your will be done in my friend's life. If there is a sin that needs to be confessed and forgiven, Lord, please help her to see her need and confess. Lord, I pray for my friend because Your Word says I should pray for Her healing. I believe You hear this earnest prayer from my heart and that it is powerful because of Your promise. I have faith in You to heal my friend, but I also trust in the plan you have for my friend's life. Lord, I don't always understand Your ways, and why my friend has to suffer, but I trust You now. May You be glorified in my friend's life. Amen |

I could not say anything more then what Bob and Susie have already! We are family and you can count on us for anything, please do not hesitate to ask or even if you need a shoulder, we are here for you! My prayers will be uplifted for Carol and the rest of the family hoping you all find peace at this uncertain time

Thank you everyone. Today was a long day, more tests and meeting with the doctor who will be saving her life. I'm having good days and bad days, it's very hard for me, but I'll be strong for her. The next few weeks will be hard. I'll try to keep you all updated if time permits. You all mean more to me than you'll ever know. Thank you so much for the thoughts and prayers. |

Carol, Brian and family . You are indeed part of our extended family here. And when your hurting, we are all hurting. But like Bob said. Our God is an awesome God. And we will all be praying to him to give your whole family the strengh they need. And to give the surgeons the skill they need to cure Carol. |

Brian, as Susie and everyone else has already stated we are ALL here for you my friend, I pray that the Lord will hold Carol in the palm of his hand during this time as he is our strength. Brian, we ALL also lift up you and your family along with Carol, may you all be blessed fore we are ALL blessed to have you both as our friends and family. As Kevin has already said, any time anywhere and I will be there, you have my numbers God Bless |
