I paid $2.99 at 6 am today*. Glad I didn't wait until on the way home...
*(well, I mean GM paid $2.99 this morning...  )

Prices are jumping up here also. Before I left for Columbus 87 octane was 2.71, got back Tuesday it was 2.85. The best I saw today was 2.91.

The CostCo here is about .10c/Gal cheaper than most places, but there are some independents that are the same price. My wife typically goes there but I would have to drive WAY out of my way to get there & would be impractical. Im back to driving my diesel truck, because with the price of fuel soo much lower than gas, I can drive it & it costs me about the same & I get to ride in style. (& Kevin does not bust my chops for driving the "Import"). So I drive the truck made in Mexico rather than the car made in Ohio. makes good sense to me.
