 Post subject: shield or blanket????

Wich one is better???? I cant decide on wich one to buy... The shield run's 179.95 and the blanket only 79.95. What do you guys run???

I run a flex plate shield and a trans shield. Some guys do blankets. I think it's just personal opinion. Hope this helps!!!

Personal preference is a blanket. I was going to buy a shield till this happened to a friend of mine. I wish I had the pictures of the inside where the shield slid back from the explosion. The guy spent 2 months in the hospital do to this. It is believed that a blanket would have helped in this case.. The video is long, so download it if you have a phone modem...

Thanks for the info Monty....My friend has that vid on his computer and we were thinking the same with the blanket....Myself as well as a friend of mine(THE HOG) are also on GFZ and i did get to see the pic's of the inside of Mikes car, thats too bad...

We also have lots of vid of your camaro on my computer :D :twisted: I always show my buddies who think a big block is the only way to go...Nice ride and nice to see you here as well, later Travis.
