That's the treadmill routine I'm trying to get through without stopping. Damn it's hard, LOL. It's a 40 minute thing with pace from 4 to 6. I did my best last night, but had to stop 25 minutes into it, mainly because I couldn't breath anymore, LOL

I saw a fantasy thingy on TV about strangling..... Weird, So anyways, this running is really helping me out along with the weight training. My diet is another story as I have a difficult time eating right. It takes to much time to prepare food, it's so much easier to just grab, pay and go. I need to find some time someplace.
