I'm back. My back has been SO SCREWED UP! Made 3 trips to the chropractor and 1 trip to emergency since Friday. Couldn't even walk Monday :x

Rick.....I broke my back and fractured some vertebre in my neck in '76.......I go to a chiropractor 6+ times a month (luckly I handle his advertising) You should try that inverteded traction.....its 2 ankle clamps with hooks on them then there is a bar that installs in a doorway......and you hang upside down....its wierd at first.....then after a few weeks you start doing like situps.....it takes all the stress off your back.....then you start building your back muscles......then no pain :D ...Oh Yea.....you can get the stuff at a good sized sporting goods store for $169.....well worth it.....don't get started on the pain med stuff......next thing I knew it was 10 years on pain killers for me.....now I'm pain free (92% of the time)

The emergency room gave me 2 shots , muscle relaxer and an anti inflammatory, plus painpills . Didn't have any effect whatsoever. The chiropractor is a friend of mine from school. The first time he cracked me , I yelled What the phuck did I do to you in school?

Truth: I broke it playing with the Tampa Bay Buc's.......but thats another story :P .....my mother always told me I'd get hurt playin that game
