DTS Street Tire Summer Spectacular July 30th The second annual DTS Street Tire Summer Spectacular is just around the corner. This was the highlight shootout event from the 2004 season. This years event will include all of the popular heads up classes including Pro Street, Kirker Racing Outlaw 10.5, RaceFab/ASI Super Street, Perfect Circle FirePower Real Street, $1000 to win Street ET. There will be a heads up Street Bike Shooout, a Street Bike ET class. A $100 to win Smoky Burnout Contest. A $200 to win BIKINI CONTEST. Live music throughout the day on the new Motorplex Bandstand. Tickets are just $12 and kids 10 and under are free. Gates will open at 12 noon. Qualifying rounds will take place at 2:30 and 4:30 pm. It will be $25 to race in any of the Street Tire Shootout classes. Visit midmichmotorplex.com for more information. |

Last year was awesome. It was the biggest attendance of the year for any events, even the NHRA show. Hopefully it's the same this year. Unfortunately I can't make the event as I'm in my best friends wedding. And as always the event will be covered in NSCA/RPM magazine.

Maybe I will take the wheelie bars off for this race again? never know. Sure does make for great photo opps. I didnt have them on last summer specatular, To the moon baby. How about you Kevin? gonna show? I will be there for sure. My Daughter is getting married this Saturday. You want to talk about being broke, lucky though, I only have 3 more girls,, lol Loud,,
