It's a 74 Duster with a 360 .030 over, ross pistons, 10.5 to 1, h-beams, aluminum heads, tunnelram, sportsman fogger....The trany is a 727 with a coan converter and a manual valve body, 8 3/4 rear with moser axles & a spool, 4.10 gears...

This was my first car I purchased when I was 15 and just add to it a little each year. I drive the car every day(when weather permits) to the track and home..It went 10.18 @ 137 with a 180 tune on the spray fighting traction..(damn leaf springs :D )

This season I am going to swap out the tunnelram for a single plan with a plate system to go with the fogger...The plan is to leave on the plate then turn on the fogger when she's hooked up...If I can get traction problems handled then trough some more spray at it 9.50's shouldnt be to far out of reach....Well thats my story :) This should be a cool site, I will get all my budies on here soon, take it easy......Travis

Alright Snyper told me about this site so here is a little info on my car.
1989 Mustang 5.0, stock shortblock, TFS heads (ported and polished), F303 cam, GT40 intake, 3.55 gears, C4, 3200stall, N.O.S. Big Shot plate kit. Best pass this year of 11.12@124 with my old stock 5 speed and DRY N.O.S. kit. This year I am mini tubing the car, coil overs in rear with 28x13.5's, 10-point cage and other safety equipment. I am hoping that the car will run in the mid-low 10's consistently all year long.

I haven't really had a chance to look around on the site....gonna get started.

iL.....
Its a 1984 car that was given to me to pay off some debt, it has a 347 Pro Bullet from D & D, Extreme Energy 282 cam (Hyd) Victor jr. intake, Holley 750 HP, AND "Stock Heads". Being updated to AFR 185 that are being ported as we speak. Art Carr C-4 with t-brake, 4500 stall, 4.10 gears. I have UPR Race only upper and lowers (new rod end system) 28.5 x 9 Hoosiers (best 60' 1.38). The best the car ran last year was 11.92 (Stock Heads). With the AFR's they are seeing approx .8 tenths drop in ET with my combo so 11.20 should be good this year. I run American Muscle class in NSCA and hope to run the 11.25 index. That's about it. Plans after this year are to go to a solid roller and AFR 205's just as long as the wife agrees.

Brian,

I love yer LX. Nice and clean. I bet you catch a lot of people sleeping with it. Did you find the GT40 intake worth it? I always ran the stock one with an improved MAF sensor and baffling taken out.
