I have not followed much Street tire racing, NSCA, or that type of racing, See ton's of spam back and fourth between these guy's, which I find too funny, I am sure it is all in good fun, However who's car is faster? Which driver is the better driver? Anybody here actually seen these cars at a race? Just askin |

I believe the nova has gone a best of 7.58 and the camaro a best of 7.92...I have vids of both of them.......not sure if the time are correct though, hope this helps |

I've seen both cars run,and for their respective classes, they can both be competitive. Each class is dominated somewhat by one or two drivers, yet just getting into the rounds is a feat because of the competition. In NPS Kevin has his hands full as the big budget cars leave little room for any one without deep pockets. Monty on the other hand has some dead on challengers that with the way the ladders are set up, it's very easy to get knocked out in the first round. If Kevin was to go down in class and try to meet the rule designation for DTS super Modified, they would have one helluva race, Unlike Kevin, Monty would have to be building a car that could only compete in NPS, but Monty seems to be good with his class and the tire size, CID to weight ratio. If both were NPS legal, this brawl would come down to the tree IMO. |
