Got an email from "bbnova@aaahawk.com" about "mail system delivery". Kevin and Kireol, what's up with this. Came across like someone reponded to one of the forums. I deleted it like a virus. What shows in the box is all messed up, and theres an att. Just for your info. Keep me informed. John

Kev, someones adress book is infected, not yours. That stinkin doom virus has been collecting and growing mainly from AOL users, It will continually keep adding different subject lines under your addy. Most look like egyption characters, Do Not click the link as you will then be taken to a browser hijacker and they are rough to get off your system. A spammers dream virus. If you have the newest Nortons, you will find that it has added an antispam folder to your inbox, mark these as spam and update the Norton regularly. I get anywhere from 80 to 260 spams a day. Clicl CTRL+A and they are gone.

4mila, thats exatly what was shown on my inbox, encyptions. Soon as I seen that, DELETE big time, Thanks for the knowledge. BTW ever thought of getting out of the car biz and into more 'puter work, crist you know more than the shop that "FIXES", or trys to fix my system, and he's been to mocrosoft for training. Now if you could use this stuff on a EFI motor with your knowledge, gotta be in the 5.0's. John

There's no computer jobs left. I'm at the top of the computer field and havent been able to get a job for 3 years. 9/11 + Dot com bubble burst + Influx of Indian Techies + Outsourcing of techie jobs to India = hundreds of thousands of techies out of work like me

In the meantime I've been selling mortgages.

I'm no where near the status that Chris is at, but I do like to keep abreast of comp stuff. Kinda like hotrodding from a chair. Chris is right, there are no jobs and if anybody was good at it they are struggling now to get one. The time will come again soon though as more of the handheld stuff takes over. But I personally have no interest in it. This is just fun anymore.

I have been in the computer field for 20+ years up until 9/11/01. Ever since then....I have been doing whatever it takes to keep the mortgage paid and the electricity on.

I miss the field and I MISS THE DAYUMED MONEY!!!! So instead of waiting for someone to bring me a cup of water......I am trying to make my own rain.

Hence.......2FastDesignz.com it ain't going as fast as I would like it ....but hopefully should pick up soon. So anyone that knows anyone....send them by the way of a "Jonesin" race car driver/owner that has a car that needs a motor and parts!
