Well...almost. I did rate a small picture on the cover of the May 2010 Popular Hot Rodding magazine. Feature starts on page 32 and spans a full three two-page spreads. Scott is famous, too, as I managed to get his name sprinkled liberally throughout the article. K Link to the original "behind the scenes" at the photo shoot, for those who would like to compare reality vs what appeared in the magazine: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=17083&hilit=phr |

So I'm walking up towards the magazine rack at the store yesterday morning and I hear a kid say, "Look mom, this car is from Michigan". I get closer and see the excitement in the kids face as he closes the magazine and puts it back on the rack, right next to the only other car magazine "Hot Rod". Looking closer I see it's Popular Hot Rodding, so I say, "Was that Keith Seymore's car". He turns and looks at me and says he didn't know. I said well open it back up and tell me who's it is. So he is standing there reading and says, Yes it is him, and he's from Michigan. I just smiled and told him I knew you. He was so excited. I'm guessing him to be around 14 or so. He mom was laughing and said he's infatuated with muscles cars as his cousin is restoring a 1972 Chevelle right now. |

Cool! I'd be happy to sign an autograph for him... I remember one of the first autographs I signed. Some little guy, probably 7 years old or so, and he must have been going around getting everybody to sign. He walked up to me and didn't say anything at first, so we just stood and sized each other up. Finally he says "...that your car?". "Yep" I said. "...Sign this?" he said. "Yep" I said. I took his program and signed it. He grabbed it and took off, running - didn't even say thanks. I was like "WTH?!?" |

No autographs here, but a kid did walk up once and said "So you burned up another spark plug on nitrous huh, can I have it?" |
