When we were at Milan I noticed you had a sort of a "jumper" cord connecting the truck and the trailer harness.

Where'd you get that?

My Dad's old '99 pickup has the connector forward on the inside of the box and my trailer harness won't reach.

I went to a trailer place on Auburn rd around Dequindre. I am sure any trailer place will have them. I bought a cord with an end on it, it was like 6' long. They sell these with either female or male ends. I bought the cheaper of the two. I also bought an end to go on the other end. I went home and attched the seperate end to the end of the cord that didn't have an end. I pulled the tailgate up and slipped the cord under it.

Hope this helps 8)

Rather than make or buy my own - do you suppose I could borrow yours this weekend?

Come get it. If I'm not here just lift the tailgate slightly and pull it from under it...
