Well start the enjoyment of weight lifting last night, decided WHY wait until winter hits this year. Starting to feel the effects in my chest and arms already, Uggghhh... :cry:

I'd been off the elliptical for almost 2 weeks while we were on vacation. My legs felt like jello the first couple days back. :oops:

I have one of those too, treadmill and some weights at home. The elliptical kicks your butt.
