Post subject:  VFN wtf?

Well I got the dash for the Roadrunner and its a pretty nice piece.
The only real problem i have with it is VFN put there logo on the front of the glove box door area and its the size of the door. and you cant just sand it off because the whole dash is textured so that area would end up flat. Now if they would have givin us a price break or something it might be ok. thats also why I hate it when the car dealers would put a big old badge with their name on the back of the cars.

Hey there Bob, make a reversed cast (rubber / bondo etc..) of the texture sand the VFN off then prep the surface and apply a layer of plastic filler of resin (tacky) then use your cast/mold the make the same texture

The owner doesnt mind it,i just think when your paying good money for a part there should'nt be advertising on it. :?

speaking of vfn.... i am looking at their building right now.

Kevin call about that thing that we talked about. I was reminded about it yesterday when I was at the shop and the older gentlemen from VFN was there.
