That is an actual Pontiac concept vehicle from the GM Heritage Center collection.

My son Joseph said it looked like a hearse...

I had a '78 TA. That thing there is an abomination! hahah. Ya know, someone really needs to bring back the shaker hood scoop. I realize it came in a era when "we lacked horse power so we gotta do something to make up for that.". but it was still cool
