Take each shrimp and remove the shell, then take a knife and slit the back of it from where the head used to be all the way to its tail.. you will se it's digestive tract, remove that with your finger or the knife you used to slit it...this is called deviening it.. wash the shrimp and then boil it... I can't really remember how long.. It will turn into a white/pink solid color.. cool and eat.... |

That's why I asked how big they are.. If they are on the large side, you want to devien them... I have a hard time eating them if they are large.. If they are peal and eats.. ont he smaller side, you can boil them and let whoever is eating them peal them... The digetive track on meddium to small shrimp isn't a big deal... |

I would bring the water to a boil and then carefully very carefully put them in the water... I'm sorry I can't remember how long.. You know my memory.. And I was a bad boy back then( where's Jimmys smoking smiley face when you need it...) Check the color, your looking for a white/pink color... |

Try arounf 5 minutes of boiling Colleen.. the shrimp will also curl up... Hope this helps... And I can rebuild a BBC if you need that too...LMFAO!!!!! |

OMG....I just get home and I thought it was my wife asking the questions. Cailin I'll translate for ya.....Deveining Shrimp = Cut the Chit out.......... ...............I was raised on Shrimp....boil em good and eat the chit...Technically You should Steam um.......OH Kevin
