Ok, pretty serious convo here... He was talking about a relationship he was in, said something about feeling he was not good enough for this person he was in a relationship with.. I couldn't really ask him why he felt this way.. Anyone have any insite..... :cry:

yea it sounds like a self esteem thing, or maybe she is making him feel that way. my brother was in a relationship for 5 years where the girl just ate away at his own personality, degraded him, made him feel like crap to the point he felt he needed her to make any kind of decision. pissed me off but now hes got a new girl & he sounds very happy. i think hes starting to find himself again. talk more with your friend & listen to how he says things. does he say why he feels that way?

I was in a marriage for 17 years and she brought it up everyday...so I just became a workaholic...everybody reacts differently....It took me 3 years of this marriage to get in my head to go home because I like doing stuff with her. Now 7 + years later....its odd that I still wake up every mourning and I'm Crazy about her....Still blows my mind....Did 17 years of abuse affect me.....you bettya!!!!
