From what I have seen, it does not matter how fast your car is on this board, cars hardly ever get mentioned let alone racing them. LMAO

I just can't get into the turbo thing, I respect there performance, it's just that they make no noise. They don't play to the senses. Watching them race is like watching grass grow. Wshooooooooooooo ~ 6 seconds, just does not do it for me. Good luck with the lottery though. (thought I would make an attempt to talk about cars LOL)

the N/A stuff i am a big fan of just because you really have to know what makes things work to get the most out of your combo. not that anyone else has it easy but with N/A there are obvious limits. it really amazes me sometimes to see the stuff people can accomplish! makes me wish i stuck with the mechanical aspect of this sport instead of pickin up a camera hahaha.

They aren't, most of what you are hearing is the blow off (turkey sounds)

Me to, It just seems like everyone is going turbos, it isn't that hard to make a turbo car fly, 3 weeks ago at Martin I saw a 180 CI motor in an import go 6.61 @ 208 MPH. Yeah it made some turkey sounds LOL, just nothing like the Rap-Rap of an all motor or supercharged car. I just don't think they will ever make it into NHRA pro classes, they are not crowd pleasing, im my opinion.

Your right about knowing your stuff to make a n/a car run( that gets me thinking a lil bit )but even any more with a nos combo you have to know your stuff too or you will break a lot of parts a n/a combo is more reliable more exspensive at first hmmmmmmmmmmmm now ya done it mabee i should redo my car for hot street 8)

hehe. i agree there with the NOS stuff. i personally dont know much about it but i have some friends that went through ooo maybe 50-60 pistons this year because of the way NMRA Renegade rules were re-written. ive never seen more blown up wasted parts then i have in their shop lol. very touchy stuff, but its neat because you have to understand a lil something about the chemistry of it too.
