On a serious note it could be she bumped it against something, or it could be if it is a young girl something may have happened to her at school like what happened to me, I went to sit in the chair at my desk and someone pulled the chair out and of course I fell and broke my tail bone. I was so embrassed it took me days to tell my parents what had hapened I only told them my butt hurt. They took me to the doc and of course my tail bone was broke very painful for weeks.
