The lightest car you can just bolt in a bbc with factory parts would have to be a 68-72 nova or a 67-69 camaro but earlier chevy 2's would be lighter so woula a vega/ monza seems headers for either of these cars would be a pain in the rear and youd probably want to do a motor plate & mid plate install hope this helps

I've been wanting to do a Vega for a while.
Guess what, found a Cosworth Vega that has been in the guys basement for 20 years. Its about 20 miles from my house. Going to get with him over the holidays and go check it out.
Since he hasn't been in a hurry for 20 years, I hope he'll wait till income tax and bonus time!!!! :D
