Had fun at Bowling Green

We went to the NMCA race in Bowling Green. Boy talk about alot of racer politics going on, Jesus H. Christ, LOL.
Can't everyone just go...race.. and try to have fun?? Coarse if the officials would actualy check things on the cars accurately to their rules they attempted to put in the book, it would be alot better on everyone. The checks they were doing were quite humorous, in fact one check was so damn funny, I pissed my paints, LMFAO..... Well almost. Man it was hot down there, I had a hard time with the heat on saturday, must have been the black DTS shirt I had on. :shock:

I promise I'll share as soon as I have a person to person talk on a telephone with whom ever is in charge. I owe it to PRO to have a professional conversation before I flame off on internet boards :shock:

, damn... since when was I EVER politically correct about anything, LMFAO.
I plan on racing some events with these guys, so I'll talk with them first, then here second. I might just be racing with NSCA if this goes the avenue I think it's going to end up, we'll see.

From what I understand most of the class being "teched" thought the whole thing was hysterical, so that makes me wonder what in the hell PRO was trying to prove........................

I'll talk... I like to run off at the mouth... There has been alot of talk of cheating going on... so at tech on friday a few racers had to tear down which was not a big deal... the big deal that I think is being refered here is the final round of xtreme street. The winner of the race was protested by another racer (which was NOT in the final) the person said that the winner was running a second stage.... they took off the heads and the car passed tech. in the mean time the "several" people had some issues with the runner up. Last that I heard is that some parts were taken from the runner up... not sure of the out come at this time. People cheat... they are going to do it. Regardless of what anyone wants to say PRO does their BEST to make sure that this is not happening. If it is happening.. regardless of who you are... there is a procedure in place as to what will happen if you are caught.

Besides that... Bowling Green was another CRAZY weekend... Once again Sammy got the short end of the stick cause I did not get to take her to the amusement park. We were up Friday and Saturday night trashing. Tony went to the semi-final and Mom was runner up. Got to give props to Jack Boer... Kev you're gonna need to keep your eye on him. He figured his program out and he is coming after you....

I've learn from my bad in the past. Another racer filled us in with a bunch of BS as we sat and had dinner with some high roller people in the business. I must say there were some very pissed off people sitting at the Outback Steakhouse, come to find out Sunday morning, the guys had the story WAY out of porportion and lied about a couple things. There were a couple people who couldn't even sleep that night. Like I said it was all BS
after we got the facts on Sunday morning.

My issue is with Tech Inspections, as they are not accurate and a complete waste of time if they continue to do things the way they are doing it currently. It's not rocket science and the people doing it should at least pretend they understand how to actually do it instead of ..............Oh wait, I have to talk to them first, LMFAO :lol:

People are going to CHEAT, I can't beleive it. Seems there was a certain PRO Street team that wouldn't stop for tech at Belle Rose, raise any questions????
It happens everywhere, most push the edges, some just plain cheat.

Brian... seriously if you have any suggestions as to what/how tehy can run tech... Call Mike and talk to him and tell him what you are thinking. I am sure that he would be willing to listen to what you are thinking and I am sure that there are many racers that would be happy if someone pointed out the things that they are doing wrong. I could get more into this on a personal level but as most of you know I am in no positon to speak on behalf of my team in a public forum.

Bottom line is that if you have an issue with tech... or ANYONE else for that matter saying that you are cheating or the way that it is being handled you need to have it resolved. And the only way to do it to deal with this person directly.
