Was driving down the road and saw one of these

Motioned for the guy to roll his window down. Told him nice truck and asked him if they were in production yet. I was in my hemi.

Then I said "this is gonna sound crazy, but my dad lives 1/2 a mile south of here, mind stopping by? It'd make his night."

He did. Dude was very cool. He let my dad test drive it. then let me.

THe Viper motor is fast and sounds great. the breaks are almost too good. it handles like a vette. it walked hard on my hemi at the light, heheh.

all in all, sweet ride

but what's that have to do with driving a 505 HP truck that's stock, that is also built for top end speed?

afraid the bullet couldnt compete with it Monty? =)

but thats 505 MOPAR horsepower..

My conversion chart shows that 505 MOPAR horsepower converts to 260 CHEVY horsepower.. I guess itaint that bad for a MOPAR!!!! :twisted:

Ya but what can a Duramax do, other than tow something, haul something, and get better milage. Like they say on Dream Car Garage, "do you need a truck like this, No. Do you want a truck like this, Hell Ya." I'd buy 5 right now for $45,000.00, they are like $70,000.00 were I'm from. But yo got to admit, Ford has had the run of the sport truck market fir too long, and Chevy just doesn't perform with the SSR, again $77,000.00 here. :twisted:
