Well that is a picture of an old car sitting in front of the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island so I would have to guess it unusual because cars are not allowed on the island.

That is absolutely correct.

Cars have not been allowed on the island since 1898 (a second law was passed in 1935).

That was a Buick promotional photo, taken by a GM photographer, in front of the hotel.

I guess back then whatever GM wanted, GM got!

:lol:

BTW - it took the Buick guys about 6 hours and 25 posts to get this one.
