Got my new work laptop.

It is sweet.

IBM Thinkpad T40 with built in wireless centrino processer at 1600
with 1 GB memory.

Battery getting about 4 hours of life.

Very nice.

Monty my history with thinkpads tells me you are one hundred percent right.

I had a Compaq before this one and it continued to get three and half hours for the full 20 months I had it.

hope this thinkpad is better at it.
